Any unworn, unaltered hair system can be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning any item. Systems that have been worn, cut, styled or altered cannot be returned.

If your system doesn't match your order specifications or develops a fault within 30 days that isn't due to misuse, contact us and we'll investigate with a view to remaking or reworking the order at no cost to you.

Stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. With offices in the US and UK and factory-direct shipping, most customers receive their order within 5–9 business days. Cut To Size orders typically arrive within 8–12 working days, and Perm orders within 12–16 working days. All orders are fully tracked.
